A Different Background On Every Page! |

Have you ever wanted every page on your site to be unique? Well now it's possible! Simply by using the built-in Joomla menu image you can assign that image as the background of the page! Use a default image that is set to all pages and then apply a unique background image to any page you wish. This perfect for the Sea of Glass template since its completely transparent!
Please note this feature can only be used with the S5 No-MooMenu and S5 Suckerfish menu.
Example:
Compare the current page you are on to the homepage, you will notice the backgrounds are different in height. Since we only have the slideshow module published on the homepage we created another background image that has a shorter area of wood in it and applied this image to every other menu item.
Default Background Image:
The default background image (located in the template configuration area) is the image that will be used if no menu image is assigned to a page. If you
would like to have a unique background on a page simply apply a menu image to
that page.
Creating a background image:
Try to keep your image size between 50k and 120k; using an 8 bit png or low quality jpg will help.
How do I set the background color? You can set the background color to any
web-color you would like through the template configuration!
How do I get my images on the menu?
Step 1.
Upload your images to the "images/stories" image folder via ftp.
Step 2.
Then assign them to your menu items under the Joomla menu item adminstration.
Just click on the menu item and you will see this below. In Joomla 1.5 this
option is under "Parameters - System"

100% Transparent Template |

This month we decided to create a 100% transparent template to give you unlimited background options. As first introduced in the Smart Blogger template, we have included the option to choose a custom background for each page!
We are also happy to introduce a new sub text option for the S5 Menu system. You can easily add your text for each menu link in the configuration area of the template. |

S5 Slideshow Advance |

The S5 Slideshow Advance not only works as an image slideshow but also has the option to include an additional description and extra images along with each slide picture. The additional images use a lightbox feature and will show up in a lightbox when clicked on.
NOTE: You do not have to use the description and additional images you can leave these blank and only use the slideshow part of this module, just make sure to adjust the width. For example, if you only want to use the slideshow part of the module set the "width" and "left side width" to be exactly the same. View image below for examples.
S5 Slideshow Advance is 100% powered by S5 Effects so this means you will not experience any script conflictions with major Javascript libraries such as Mootools or JQuery.

S5 Horizontal Login |

We bring back the S5 horizontal login in Sea of Glass with transparency across all browsers including IE6. The input fields and login button are all transparent and will look great on any background you decide to use on your website. We still include the "more" link to hide away the extra options to keep give your site that "clean" look.
To install this module simply download it from the Sea of Glass download section, install the module and publish it to the icon position and that's it!

SQL Dumps/Site Shapers |

Site Shaper
So what are Site Shapers? They are quick installs of Joomla combined with all the modules, images, etc used on our demo. Within a few minutes you can have your site up, running and looking just like our demo. No more importing SQL dumps and installing modules. Just head on over to the download section of this template and grab a Site Shaper. Simply install the Site Shaper like any other Joomla installation, it's that easy!
Both Joomla 1.0.x and Joomla 1.5 Site Shapers are available.
SQL Dumps
It is highly recommended that you use a Site Shaper if you want to get your site looking like our demos. If you just want the data we have used then an SQL dump is for you.
- Login to your phpmyadmin via cpanel or another server database admin panel.
- Navigate to the database your Joomla install is using
- Select all tables and drop them. (NOTE: This will delete all your website data on this current Joomla install)
- Next, click import and import the SQL dump we provide
- Now you are done, just login via your Joomla admin with username=admin and password=admin
